Fees:

Due to being a small trading business, any cancellations made within 24 business hours of the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee. This is due to the notice being too late to give another client your spot.
Same day cancellations incur a larger fee, as this is extremely short notice, especially as the message may not be seen until the appointment time, depending on the workload of the day

No show fees, forfeit the appointment, where the entire fee of the appointment is charged.

Listed below, are the fees you may be charged, based on the situation:

<24 business hours: No fee
>24 business hours: 25% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $21.25
Same day cancellation: 50% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $42.50
No show: 100% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $85
