When an appointment is made, we have set aside an allocated time especially for you. If you do not attend or cancel with little notice, we cannot offer that appointment to someone on the waitlist.

For this reason, clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 2 business days notice (9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm Friday) to avoid incurring a fee.
E.g. if you have a Monday appointment, Thursday the week before is the last day to cancel without incurring a late fee. Any cancellations made after 5pm on the Thursday will be billed directly for their late appointment.

Listed below, are the fees you may be charged, based on the situation:

>2 business days: No fee
<2 business days: 50% of appointment price, e.g. $100 consult, you will be charged $50
Same Day Cancellations: 100% of appointment price, e.g. $100 consult, you will be charged $100

Please note, this applies to all clients, including Defence members and NDIS participants. Please ensure payment is made within 3 business days of appointment or a 10% late payment fee will also be incurred on your invoice.
