Hi, I’m Ashleigh, the owner of Glow Wellness and Nutrition. As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer based in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, I’m passionate about helping people improve their health through practical, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.
