Are you available in person
YES! We are available for both in person or online consultations, whatever works for you. To know our in person locations, please visit our locations tab and when you are ready to book in, visit our book in now tab. We are located in Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie in NSW, Australia

What funding do you accept?
We accept clients with a GCCMP plan from their GP, NDIS clients either self or plan managed, Veterans with a D904 from their GP or private paying clients. If you have private health, you may be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your fund what is covered.

Do you accept cash?
No, we only accept direct bank transfer or payment through our online system. Please bring a physical card to your initial consultation (if you have not booked online!) so this can be added to your file.

Do you do bulk billing?
It is rare for us to bulk bill our clients. Due to the cost of today’s living, bulk billing is hard to support within our business. If you have a healthcare card or pension/ senior card, we are open to a discounted price, however, please bring this up with our dietitian and she can help guide you through this.

How long do consults run for?
Depends! Our initials range from 45-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the nutritional conditions we are looking at. All review’s are usually 30-45 minutes, unless requested to be longer. Again, we are flexible at helping you with what you need.

What conditions can you help with?
We have a wide array of conditions we can treat. For a full in depth list please contact our dietitian to clarify, otherwise visit our About Us page. We treat other conditions not listed online, if we named them all you’d be reading for hours! Make sure to call us to confirm.
