Born and raised in Newcastle, I started my journey struggling with over-exercising and under-fuelling. At a ripe age of 16, I spent most of my time obsessing over my body image and trying to be ‘skinny’. All it got me was a lost period, low energy and an undiagnosed eating disorder. After I realised what I was doing WRONG, I wanted to help others do it right. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle, along with my Certificate III & IV in Fitness.

Newcastle based Accredited Practising Dietitian and Personal Trainer, I work with clients managing:

If you don’t find me at the gym, you will find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen, eating breakfast at a local cafe with my partner/friends, spending time with my puppy or bingeing Friends on Netflix.


My dream has always been to run my own business and help enrich the lives of others around me.
Glow Wellness and Nutrition was designed out of love, and the name is made to show what my brand represents; to make you glow. Whether this is from a balanced diet or following a sweaty workout, I want to ensure everybody I work with feels their absolute best.
