When an appointment is made, we have set aside an allocated time especially for you. If you do not attend or cancel with little notice, we cannot offer that appointment to someone on the waitlist.

For this reason, clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment with more than 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a fee. This can be done by emailing glowwellnessandnutrition@gmail.com or messaging 0429940436. 

Listed below, are the fees you may be charged, based on the situation:

>24 business hours: No fee
<24 business hours: 25% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $21.25
Same day cancellation: 50% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $42.50
No show: 100% of appointment price, e.g. $85 consult, you will be charged $85
