Weeks 3-4

Did someone say portion sizes and fibre? That’s right, I did. Covering realistic meal and snack portions with some fun go to recipes, and why fibre is a game changer in the diabetes world.

The course goes into a lot of detail for you, on areas that matter!

  • No, the course is a one off purchase for this course only. If you would like to book in, you will have to do this separately. However, once you have completed the course in full, you will be provided with a discount code to book in at a cheaper rate!

  • No! The course does overall take some time, but the beauty of splitting the modules up into two per week, means you can spend shorter periods of time on it at once. Usual amount of time I would spend on modules ranges from as little as 15 minutes, all the way up to 45-50 minutes. This includes all video content and any resources you have to read through!
